All in-stock items are shipped within two business days after receiving your order and will be delivered within seven days.
Shipping Method and Charges:
Canadian Orders: Normally sent by Canada Parcel Post
US Orders: Sent by Canada Post Expediated Parcel or Air Parcel, unless specified by customers. Jewellery orders will be shipped via UPS, or Federal Express.
International Orders: Sent by Air Mail/Parcel, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Due to the wide selection of items we carry, the shipping charges will vary. Shipping charges are extra and will be entered as a separate entry on your credit card statement.
Refund Policy: Within 14 days of receiving your shipment, you may return your item for a store credit note towards your next purchase at Discovery House or you may exchange the item.
- there is no cash refund
- delivery charges are non-refundable
-all returned items must be in a resalable condition and in its orginal packaging along with the original sales receipt.
- if the item sent back to us is from across the border, please indicate that it is a «Return Canadian Goods» on the package to avoid duty and custom charges.
- Returned item should be sent prepaid to us, also, customers are responsible for return postage for an exchange.
